THEY’RE not getting any younger. And so, the University of San Carlos (USC) Boys Class ‘78 is throwing the grandest reunion to celebrate their 40th year on Jan. 18 to 22.
“High school is the best. It’s when friendship is pure. There are no inhibitions,” said Mel Sarmiento, who volunteered to organize the gathering.
Sarmiento said that he took the role after Ed Pebenito, who organized the reunion for their 25th and 35th years, migrated to the United States. Read more
